Renewing your Software license
Your Blue Moon Software License expires annually, based on the month that your property originally ordered its license. For example, if your property orders a Blue Moon License on March 15, 2013 then your annual license renewal fee will be due March 31 of 2014 and every year after that.
-
Thirty days before your expiration date, a pop-up message will warn you upon logging in that your license will expire in 30 days. You will receive this warning every time you log in until payment is received at Blue Moon Software.
-
If your expiration date occurs and Blue Moon has not received payment, you will receive a pop-up message warning you that your license has expired, and you have a 30-day grace period to remit payment. You will receive this warning every time you log in until payment is received at Blue Moon Software.
-
If the 30-day grace period passes and Blue Moon does not receive payment, your software license is automatically inactivated. At this point, no users can log into the property's Blue Moon Forms Software until payment is received.
