Renewing your Software license
If you have a SMALL OWNER account with Blue Moon Software, please skip to the section below titled "Small Owner License Renewal".
Your Blue Moon Software License expires annually, based on the month that your property originally ordered its license. For example, if your property orders a Blue Moon License on March 15, 2013 then your annual license renewal fee will be due March 31 of 2014 and every year after that.
-
Thirty days before your expiration date, a pop-up message will warn you upon logging in that your license will expire in 30 days. You will receive this warning every day you log in until payment is received at Blue Moon Software.
License Expiration Message
-
If your expiration date occurs and Blue Moon has not received payment, you will receive a pop-up message warning you that your license has expired, and you have a 30-day grace period to remit payment. You will receive this warning every day you log in until payment is received at Blue Moon Software.
-
If the 30-day grace period passes and Blue Moon does not receive payment, your software license is automatically inactivated. At this point, no users can log into the property's Blue Moon Forms Software until payment is received.

If you purchased the Blue Moon Forms Online Small Owner package, your Blue Moon Software License expires annually, based on your membership expiration date with your local apartment association. Read more about the annual license renewal process below:
-
The first time you log into Blue Moon Forms Online during your license expiration month, an automated email will be sent from Blue Moon Software to your local apartment association requesting membership verification.
-
The apartment association will verify that your membership status is up to date, meaning you've paid your annual dues, and if you are a member in good standing, they will notify Blue Moon Software of your updated membership expiration date.
-
Once notified, Blue Moon Software will renew your software license and you/your property will continue to have access to Blue Moon Forms Online for another year.
