Spanish & Other Lease Forms
When creating or editing a lease forms package, the Click & Lease program provides access to Spanish versions of TAA Lease Forms as well as access to Other lease forms including the Roommate Amendment.

Once you have created a new lease record, or edited an existing lease record and saved your changes, click the View Print Menu button.

The Print Menu screen will appear. With the Spanish Lease Forms tab selected, check the box next to each form you would like to print.

As of Jan. 1, 2015, Spanish lease forms are informational only. They no longer print with any resident information.

Click the Preview button to review the forms, or click on the Print Selected Forms button to print them. A PDF file of the form(s) will be generated.

The Print Menu screen will appear. With the Other Lease Forms tab selected, click the Roommate Amendment form.

A dialog box will appear with information regarding Roommate Amendments and use of the TAA Renewal Contract. Please read this information carefully, and click OK if you wish to continue.

The Add or Change Roommate window will appear. Enter the name of the resident to move in and/or select a resident to move out. Click the Apply button when you are finished finished making changes.

A dialog box will appear to confirm that you want to make the changes. Click OK if you wish to continue.

The Roommate Amendment form will load. Make the appropriate selections on the form.

Click the Preview button to review the form, or click the Print button. A PDF file of the form will be generated.
