NAA offers two Click & Lease packages for Florida. Package eligibility is based on unit count.

Apartment Package
Required for any property of 50 or more units
- Recurring Annual Fee:
- $300 per license fee
- $2.99 per unit fee
Provides official NAA lease contracts, rental applications, and related leasing forms.
- Also includes:
- Free E-Signature services
- Free Online Rental Application Services
- Free Document Storage services
Small Owner Package
Designed for the property with no more than 49 units.
- Recurring Annual Fee:
- $100 per license fee -- includes first 20 units
- $5 per additional unit fee
Provides official NAA lease contracts, rental applications, and related leasing forms.
- Also includes:
- Free E-Signature services
- Free Online Rental Application Services
- Free Document Storage services
