AANC offers two Forms Online packages. The recurring annual fees are calculated based on the package type. Package eligibility is based on unit count.
An Apartment property with 76 or more units must purchase the Apartment Package.
A property with 75 units or less may purchase the Small Property Package.
This package is required for any apartment property with 76 units or more.
Sample breakdown for a property with 230 units:

This package may be purchased by any property with 75 units or less.
The Small Owner license fee includes the first 10 units. A property with 11 or more units must pay a $5.00/unit fee for each additional unit.
