The recurring annual fees include a unit fee and a license fee. These fees are billed separately. The Georgia Apartment Association will bill for the unit fee and Blue Moon Software will bill for the annual license fee.
Sample breakdown for a property with 230 apartment units:

The Georgia Apartment Association will bill for the annual unit fee. There is a minimum $150 unit fee for each property with less than 50 units. Each unit over 50 will be charged a $3.00 per unit fee.
Sample breakdown for a property with 230 apartment units:

The initial unit fee may be prorated for the first year of access. The recurring annual unit fee will be invoiced each December with payments due in January.
Blue Moon Software will bill for the annual $350.00 license fee. This fee will bill on the anniversary date of when the license was ordered.
For example, if the license was ordered in May then the recurring annual license fee will be billed and due each May.
